Dust Drifters

Dust Drifters is unapologetically arcadey. Forget realistic physics — this is about holding a drift through a long curve and feeling the back end swing out just right. The tracks are wide, the boost is generous, and the whole thing wants you to go fast and look cool doing it.

Steering is done by tilting or with on-screen buttons, and both work well. I preferred tilt for the flow, but the buttons are more reliable when you're bouncing on a train. Progression is decent, with new cars that change how you approach corners rather than just being faster reskins.

The desert setting could've been dull but the color palette shifts as you climb the ranks, and later tracks throw in jumps and shortcuts that reward risk. Great in short bursts, still fun in long ones.
